Join us for a magical Winter Bas Relief & Glass Fusion Clay Workshop at Creative Cove In this cozy 2-part clay experience, you’ll create your own winter-inspired bas relief artwork using texture, layering, carving, sculpting, and beautiful seasonal details to bring your piece to life. Create anything that inspires you: Our example piece is a house with northern lights but if you have a picture or idea in mind bring it! Lets bring it to life! • snowy landscapes • winter forests • stars & moons • cozy cottage • celestial scenes • abstract winter textures • holiday-inspired designs …and then add the magic. After your clay artwork has been kiln fired, you’ll return for a second session to glaze your piece and apply colourful glass frit that will melt beautifully into your artwork during the final firing process, creating stunning glossy glass effects and one-of-a-kind winter sparkle. This is a 2-part workshop: • Part 1: Create your winter bas relief clay artwork • Part 2: Return to glaze and apply glass frit accents All clay, glazing, glass frit, and kiln firings are included.
