Private Events at Creative Cove
Celebrate, Create, and Connect
Looking for a unique and creative way to celebrate with family, friends, or coworkers? Our studio is the perfect spot for birthdays, team-building, bridal showers, or simply a fun night out together. We provide the space, materials, and guidance, and you bring the people and the creativity!
Availability:
Mondays and Tuesdays: Available all day (studio closed to the public).
Wednesdays and Sundays:
Morning bookings: 9:00 am (before the studio opens).
Evening bookings: 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: Our studio is open until 9:00 pm. Private bookings during these peak hours are available with a studio closure fee.
Rental Fees
Standard Studio Rental: $90 for 2 hours (exclusive use of the studio during non-peak times).
Peak-Time Closure Rental: $350 flat studio closure rental fee (Thurs/Fri/Sat evenings).
Creative Options for Your Event
Pottery Painting (Most Popular)
Flexible pricing: The host sets a budget (for example, $25 per person). Guests can choose pieces within that range, and if they would like something larger, they simply pay the difference.
Great for birthdays, corporate events, and groups that want a mix of creativity and conversation.
Group size: Up to 25 comfortably (30 max).
Resin Classes:
$120 per participant (minimum of 10 participants).
Great for groups looking for a more structured and hands-on workshop.
Tote Bag Painting:
30 per participant (minimum of 10 participants).
Fun, functional, and perfect for parties or youth groups.
Wine Glass Painting
$30 per participant (minimum of 10 participants).
A relaxed, social option, ideal for bachelorettes, ladies’ nights, or holiday celebrations.
Paint Nights:
$40 per participant.
Max group size: 15.
Instructor-led with a step-by-step project. These are more structured, so there is less mingling compared to pottery painting, but lots of fun and creativity.

Booking Your Event
A deposit is required to reserve your date. Once booked, we will help you plan the perfect creative experience for your group.
Whether it is a birthday bash, holiday party, or team-building event, Creative Cove makes it easy to host an unforgettable, hands-on experience.
For larger events, such as private paint nights, full payment is required one week prior to the event for specific crafts (ie tote bag, resin, wine glass painting).
With certain events, feel free to bring snacks and BYOB make a day or evening of it!
