*image coming soon!* Join us for a beautiful and texture-filled Bas Relief Clay Workshop with a unique glass fusion twist at Creative Cove! In this hands-on clay experience, you’ll create your own raised bas relief artwork using clay, texture, layering, carving, and sculptural techniques to bring your design to life. Think ocean scenes, florals, botanicals, celestial themes, abstract textures, and more! But the magic doesn’t stop there… Once your pieces have been kiln fired, you’ll return for a second session to glaze your artwork and add colourful glass frit that will melt beautifully into your piece during the final firing process, creating stunning glossy pools of glass and one-of-a-kind effects. This is a 2-part workshop: • Part 1: Create your bas relief clay artwork • Part 2: Return to glaze and apply glass frit accents All materials, glazing, glass frit, and kiln firings are included.
